Short Academic Bio

I received my PhD from University of Campinas (2010-2014), under supervision of Prof. Sueli Costa. When I was an undergrad, I spent one semester at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Madrid, Spain, in 2009, supported by a Santander Scolarship. During my PhD, I held visting positions at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Switzerland, Summer - 2011, (Special Semester CAACT), and at AT&T Research Labs - New Jersey, Jan - Jun 2013.

In 2015, I participated in the organization of the SPCodingSchool, a two-week long school on Coding Theory. Here is a report of the School in the IEEE IT Society Newsletter.
